* How are the papers posted?
They are rolled into a postage tube - not folded.
We usually send orders out the next business day.
* Do you accept overseas orders?
Yes - we send all products all over the world.

* How much is postage?
The following applies to orders within Australia ONLY:
Orders < $16.50 = $6.50
Orders < $35.00 = $8.00
Orders > $35.00 = $12.00
Orders > $150 = Free Postage! (within Australia only)
This new 'flat rate' has commenced from 14th July 2009.
Postage for International sales is based on weight and destination - postage will be calculated as you check out. If you receive a message "The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time" or if adjustments need to be made we will contact you prior to processing your order.
* Insurance policy
All international orders over $100AUD will require insurance and tracking. This will be addento the freight cost.
Insurance is available for all other orders as requested.
* Refunds and Exchange policy
If the product you ordered is damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) then simply return your purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
You will need to return damaged papers to us for assessment.
We are sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
We do not refund or exchange for wrong choices.
